Refund policy

In the event that you receive your product and it does not meet your expectations, WildFire LLC will accept returns (purchased directly from us) on any product in unused condition—if its workmanship, functionality, or appearance is not as described—within 30 days of the original shipment date. An original invoice or receipt will be required.

Return shipping, packing, and applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, return shipping fees are typically much higher than the original shipping fees paid. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned hot tubs.
